How to return items
If you wish to return goods to us, you may do so without giving us prior notice.In this case please pack the goods in their original packing and take the package to any Post Office, affix the correct postage and send to:

Refund and exchange process
Please allow up to ten working days for your goods to be returned to us via the Post Office. As soon as we receive the goods we will endeavour to process your request, for either a refund or replacement, within 3 working days.
